A New Start.
All of us have a particular pattern set in our lives. A routine, a basic schedule.
Sometimes,actually no. Very often,even if we're completely ok with our routine,we tend to wanna run away.
Yes! It's a human tendency. Not that we're tired of life or unhappy about the way things are, it's just that we want something new thinking that it may somehow be better.
Yes,as a teenager,or a young adult,you want to explore things.
And most of us have silly problems like boy issues,peer pressure,et cetera, which at that point of time is the most horrifying yet important part of our lives.
Most of us,at some point of time,realllllly wish hard for a new beginning,a fresh start.Wanting to leave everything and everyone.
Somewhere,where you don't know people,and you can be someone new.
Sounds like fun,doesn't it?
It actually is. In a way,you could say you're running away. And yes,in my past i have taken up 2 such opportunities!
I grew up in a place called Wellington. When i had the opportunity to shift to Bangalore,i grabbed it.
I packed my bags and said "Toodles! I won't be back!"
Yes,that was probably the best day ever!
A new city,a new set of friends,New hangouts,new experiences.
And yes,i could make a whole new identity!
Very reassuring that was,at that point of time.
After two years,i had the opportunity of relocating to pune.
Yes,i took it up. And i regretted it ever since.
Compared to Bangalore,i Despised Pune.
Three years passed by,and i kept praying to god "Please,just give me a fresh start. I want something different in my life."
And boom,God was like sure!Here you go,a new life.
And now,i don't have a father.*Sigh*
No. Never in my wildest of dreams would i have imagined that this would be a new start.
Yes,New beginnings are meant to change you.
They teach you about what you can be,and what you should be.
They usually direct you to the right path,but then again,it's your choice.
All i'm trying to say is," Do not ask god for a new beginning." Let it come to you.
It will come in due time,at the right time. It will.
Don't keep asking For a fresh start. You never know what may go right or wrong and which dark hole you may end up in. Prayers can often give you happiness with a downside. Or vice versa.
He has it all planned,apparently. So let his plans run their course.
If you're going through a rough patch,just remember,it won't last long.
"The storm doesn't last forever,
There's sunshine waiting on the other side."
